In order to safely can tomatoes, how long should they be processed?

Processing time will vary depending on how you prepare the tomatoes.  Do you pack them hot or raw, whole or crushed, pieces or juice?  Are you using a water bath canner or a pressure canner?  To be sure you have the correct information, we encourage you to get a copy of Canning and Freezing Tomatoes, Pm 638, http://www.extension.iastate.edu/Publications/PM638.pdf.
